  • In Vietnam: Executive Vice Chairman of Viet Capital Asset Management; Board Member and Head of Investment Banking at Viet Capital Securities Company. Previously served as Banking Consultant of the Swiss Government to support the Vietnamese Government in the restructuring of its financial system
• As a passionate entrepreneur, founded and successfully launched numerous new enterprises in Vietnam and has also successfully concluded several M&A transactions from deal origination to restructuring
• Ph.D. in Banking Governance from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland currently serving as the Portfolio-Partner of the University’s International Centre for Corporate Governance.
